Terms of service
These terms govern your use of ChinaSourceCheck and the purchase of company research and due diligence reports. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them.
Acceptance
Accessing the service, registering an account, or completing a checkout constitutes acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Service description
ChinaSourceCheck provides research and due diligence reports about companies registered in China, compiled from public and commercially available sources. Reports are delivered as digital documents for the buyer's internal evaluation only.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials confidential. We may suspend accounts used for abuse or fraud.
Orders and payment
Orders are created through the checkout flow. Payment is processed by our licensed merchant of record, Creem, which acts as the seller of record and handles tax invoicing. An order is confirmed once payment is completed and the webhook is received.
Pricing
Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude any taxes, which are calculated and remitted by the merchant of record according to the buyer's location.
Delivery
Completed reports are delivered by the method agreed at checkout (secure link or account download). Delivery timelines depend on the selected service tier.
Refunds
Because research begins upon payment, fees are generally non-refundable once work has started. We may issue a refund at our discretion or where required by law or the merchant of record's policy.
Intellectual property
Reports are licensed to you for internal business evaluation and may not be resold, redistributed, or presented as your own work. All underlying research and methodologies remain ours.

Reports are research based on public sources and do not constitute legal, financial, or investment advice. Verify critical facts through official channels before making decisions.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific report. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are reflected by the effective date at the bottom of this page; continued use constitutes acceptance.
